Returns made easy – 30 days full return policy!
At SchutzLounge, we are confident that our customers will be satisfied with their products. But if for any reason this is not the case, we offer you the opportunity to return your items within 30 days of receipt. Simply notifying us by email within this period is not sufficient.
Please note that returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods to be eligible for a refund.
We are currently unable to provide return labels. Therefore, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return.
Before you return your item, please inform us by email at info@schutzlounge.de .
We will then immediately inform you of the appropriate address for the return.
Please note that we are unable to track unreported returns or returns to incorrect addresses and therefore cannot issue a refund.
This also applies if the customer refuses to accept the items. In this case, the items will be sent to a collection point and we will not be able to receive or refund them.
We will also carry out a separate check to see if the goods have any damage that indicates improper use. If we find any damage to the product, this will also not be accepted for return.
Please ensure that your return has a clear sender. Returns without a clear sender cannot be assigned and are therefore not eligible for a refund.
Please tell us the following in your email:
- your order number
- The reason for the return (e.g. "cancellation")
As we are constantly striving to improve, we would really appreciate it if you could tell us why you were not satisfied with your order. Your feedback helps us to grow and increase customer satisfaction.
An item is defective or you received the wrong item?
If the delivered product is faulty, defective or we have sent you the wrong item, this must be reported by email to info@schutzlounge.de within 7 days of receipt of the product. This is the only way we can ensure that the return process runs smoothly and that the necessary steps are initiated promptly.
Please tell us the following in your email:
- your order number
- The reason for the return (if there are defects, please attach a photo of the defect!)
- Would you like an exchange for the same item or a refund?
